Our Founder

Sharon Mundia launched This Is Essential after 10+ years in the industry as a digital content creator. Her passion for simplicity, comfort and classic silhouettes is what drew in her audience and inspired this venture. At the heart of the brand lies the idea that the clothes you gravitate towards the most should be at the tips of your fingers, easily accessible all year round.
