CARE INSTRUCTIONS

  • Spot clean the affected area with a clean white cloth, warm water, and mild soap (like castile soap or a tiny drop of dish soap).
  • Gently blot the dirty area as any aggressive rubbing or scrubbing damages the pattern on the fabric.
  • Use another clean damp cloth to blot away the soap. 
  • Air dry flat.
  • Do not submerge the leather label or tassel in water. 

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days, within Nairobi (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. 

For deliveries outside of Nairobi, orders will be processed within 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Returns must be initiated and the item(s) shipped back to us within seven (7) of the original delivery date. Any returns received after this timeframe
may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as receiving a damaged or incorrect
item.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the returned item must be in its original condition, including all packaging, tags, and
accessories.We reserve the right to refuse a return if it does not meet the below criteria. 

  • Orders which are past the return period(7 days from delivery date)
  • Items which are believed to have been washed.
  • Orders without an accompanying This Is Essential invoice.
  • Items that do not meet hygiene standards due to foreign stains, sweat, or dirt.
